Course Description

COVID-19 is a highly transmissible novel coronavirus which has caused a global pandemic, resulting in a shift in how we conduct our everyday and professional lives. This course will provide basic level education on the virus and it’s known interactions with humans, as well as what you can do as a server, bartender, host, cook, chef, and food-services professionals to stay healthy and prevent the spread of the virus.
